Peterson House Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Developed toasty yeast characters are dominant in the aroma. Fresh baked bread and biscuits are all over a subdued citrus touch.

The palate is developed and creamy. The initial influence is of the yeast and Pinot Noir.

Berry notes meld with the baked characters in the mid-palate and it is towards the finish that some citrus notes from the Chardonnay linger.
